How to delete viruses off your computer that are from MP3rocket and limewire.?

My mom doesn't understand computers and what not to do and what to do. She downloaded limewire, mp3rocket and itunes. Limewire and mp3rocket is causing my computer troubles. I already deleted both but still need to remove the virus. BEST ANSWER :) thankyouu.
