How to fix DVD read error (1167) for neogamma on wii ?

so i downloaded blackops from http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5947968/Call_Of_Duty_Black_Ops_%5BPAL%5D%5BEnglish%5D%5BWii%5D%5Bwww.consolasatope.com
and burned it on a dvd disc but when i turned on neogamma it says dvd read error 1167.
my version is 4.3u , neogamma is R8.IOS249(REV 20)
please help!!!!!!!!!
