how to get a cellphone IP like a verizon or ATT or Blackberry on PC through Proxy?

I know of samair.ru,freeproxy.ca and host of other websites/programmes to spoof/hide an IP, but what am looking for is an cellphone/mobile IP....is there a programme or can i get such proxies
