How to get best results working out at home?

Hi,

From January for charity I am undertaking a 3 month training regime with goals to get down to my ideal BMI and weight whilst also toning up my body and "bulking up a bit". I will be training in my house with just dumbells, barbell (and some weights) and dumbell bench due to lack of space.

I have trained before both weight training and cardio but have let myself go over the last year.

I would like to ask of any useful advice on the best weight training regime, supplements and diet to get me down to my ideal BMI, weight and toning up my body.

I am 6ft 2, naturally big built, and weight about 100-115kg. I used to weight train so I know a bit about what exercies to but if anyone has any good workouts i.e all over body or split to get decent results within 3 months that would be great.

Ive got ideas on my diet which I got from a personal trainer I used to have its mainly the exercise regime and supplements that I would like advice on mostly.
