How to get free ringtones without internet access on phone?

Okay, I have a Samsung :)
Im from T-mobile & Im trying to download free ringtones but they all require internet access on your phone ! HELP ?! Oh& no websites that charges money please !
 
okay i have a samsung intensity from verison..,
but no internest how do i get ringtones....:arrowed::D:(
