how to get rid of modules pop ups?

example even when i m not sign in to the internet still pop up signs like [ backweb-137903.exe - bad Image ] it does it very often and many . with a red X say the application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\vjkdsr.dll is not valid windows image . please check this against your installation diskette.
