How to hook up a PS2 to my home theater?

OK so I have a 42" hd lcd tv and a home theater system. I want to hook my PS2 into this equation.

I currently have the coax running into the cable box, then audio wires running from the cable box to my receiver. I have component wires running from the cable box to the tv.

My question is, where do the audio and video plugs of the PS2 plug in to allow me to play it on the big screen but hear it through the home theater system?

Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance. Best answer lands the 10!
 
Connect optical cable from PS2 to Home Theater System for audio.
 
Well the most easy to run a system like that is.

Run the video and audio cables into the tv then all sound using the audio out on the back of the TV and run that into the back of the sound DSP.

Not only will it let your play game systems using the sound system but cable as well.
