How to install games dowloaded from torrent sources?

I've downloaded some games, but there some "strange" data files, which are not possible to read or to use for the installation process. I am a dummy torrent user, therefore, can't even explain the thing properly... sorry... anyways, THANKS in ADVANCE!!!
