How to install Motorola USB Charger Drivers?

I'm just trying to get my phone to charge more efficiently on my computer and apparently it takes these drivers to do so: http://www.motorola.com/consumers/v/index.jsp?vgnextoid=bda09ec8009a0210VgnVCM1000008806b00aRCRD.

The only problem is that my phone is already installed on my computer, so when I plug it in the Found New Hardware Wizard does not pop up. I even tried to uninstall the device and then replug it in. The step where the "Found New Hardware" bubble pops up does happen, but then the computer auto installs the drivers it needs to work and then nothing happens. So my phone still doesn't charge efficiently.

I have a Motorola Cliq. Dunno what the model number is or where to find it so i just downloaded both drivers in case. I am running Windows 7 on an HP computer.
I think this is all you need, but I just need to know how to install these on a Windows 7, because the instructions look like they are running Windows XP

I don't know who told you the drivers are for charging or have anything to to with charging. But that information is 100% wrong. Your Phone will not charge any faster with or without drivers. If you want a cable that Charges you phone just like a proprietary wall charge. Those are called "USB Charger Cables." These are different form a standard USB Data Cable. There is only one site I have found that sells real USB Charge Cables. Cliq's are Micro USB. With this cable you plug in your phone and it starts charging all on its own. See Link. Hope this helps.
