if i'm playing a game i usually hit the windows button the minimize the game which opens start.. but when i see friends tab out of the game they just open their open programs in the middle of their screen. i don't really even know how to describe it. it's pretty much what shows down on the task bar next to start, except in the middle of the screen in a box instead
