How to play a Xbox 360 game I downloaded as a torrent?

Can i just put the file on a flash drive and 'run' it from there, or do I need to do something 'special' to be able to play it? (burn to a DVD, or something like that)
 
You need a modified Xbox and you can't play whilst connected the XboxLive.
