how to play dc Universe online DLC fight for the light on ps3?

Okay, so I just purchased a monthly subscription to the legendary access level on DC universe online on my ps3. The DLC "Fight For the light" was supposed to be free with this subscription. So...my question is...how do I get to it? How do I download it and create my own green lantern character?
