How to play SKIDROW games downloaded via torrent?

I just downloaded Warhammer40K 2 Retribution from torrentz.eu, it was an almost 8gb file and i extracted the iso via winzip to my hard disk and then clicked on setup and commenced installation, but when i tried to open the desktop icon it would ask me to open via Steam which would obviously mean money, which im trying to avoid, i then tried an application from the extracted iso called launcher but it keeps telling me im missing some dll file or other, after downloading like 20 of em, the msg kept appearing for more and more files and now im fed_up and i clearly did somethig wrong, anybody?

soo can i still extract to hard disk or do i need to get a dvd/bootable hard disk?

if its an iso file i would download power iso its free and works great for me. but if it says you are missing a .dll folder the installation might be bad. sorry if thats not enough info...
