How to propose on Sims 2 for PS2?

On Sims for the PS2 I made Richard Castle and Kate Beckett Sims and one of my goals for Castle is to propose to Beckett, but when I socialize with her propose isn't an option. Is there any way to make it one? Are there any cheats or actions that I can do? We have already made out and "WooHooed" and our relationship points are at 100.
 
well usually propose comes up. maybe you should try to like make them mad at each other then get them back together then propose. propose isn't usually one of the highest options. maybe you should try that.
