How to pull a head on a Honda TRX 450r 2005. I have the valve cover off.

Have to get cylinder to machine shop? I haven't pulled a head in years. WHat all do I do after removing valve cover to get the top end off?
 
Remove rocker arm assembly,pull push rods and mark which hole they went in.remove nuts on each side of spark plug,remove bolts at front of engine.Remove the head by lifting up.pull cylinder and take to get bored out.
