I have a 4.0 GB sansa scan disk. I have had it for about a year and i just went to put more music on it and when i unplugged it and turned it on it did the whole data refreshing screen but when it gets to about 3/4 loaded the entire thing shuts down. I have taken the battery out and all. I don't know what else i can do. any help is appreciated.
