How to rip DVD to WMV easily and fast? Need advice!?

Hey, guys, here is my trouble, I collect some DVD disks in recent years and I do love them as my favorite movies. At present I do want to backup some of them to put them in my hard disk (some of dvd disks are kind of damaged). I always prefer WMV format for its quality video effect with small file size.
Here I am wondering how to rip DVD to WMV easily and fast to save me much time. Maybe a DVD converter or some converting skills. I know it is time-consuming, but I still want to finish it with less time.

If you get any advice, I do appreciate that.

OK, your problem is not a big deal~ You just didn't find a good DVD converter. Hmm, I think WonderFox DVD Ripper is not bad. It cost about 40% of the whole movie time to rip DVD to WMV, Last time I ripped 'Inception"(about 128mins) in half an hour. This speed has taken the lead in the similar software. You can set the resolution, subtitle, audio track as you like or just use the preset parameter which is designed specially by developer.
