I Had ran into a website that I could submit .APK app to google play.
I know in another country they could submit apps for free. just looking for the site and i can't find it anymore. I think it was from the UK.. I just want to submit one app that's all. thats why i'm trying to avoid the $25 Dollar fee. But if i have to then i will I guess..
