how well will theses games run?

I'm getting a new gaming PC, what setting will I be able to run Crysis and left 4 dead at? Also about how many frames?

CPU: AMD Athlon™ X2 6000+ Dual-Core CPU w/ HyperTransport Technology.

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT 1GB 16X PCI Express (Major Brand Powered by NVIDIA)

Ram: 4GB (2GBx2) PC6400 DDR2/800 Dual Channel Memory (Corsair or Major Brand)
 
Your configuration is not the best, but not bad..

Athlon™ X2 6000+ - Ok for gaming.

GeForce 9500 GT - 95<-- Model branch has alot to do with literal perfomance, 1GB of VRAM does not compensate for lack of shader/vertex processors and clock speed. Not so good.

RAM -> Not the best again, but it's surely not bad for gaming.

I'd say ditch your video card and get the 8800GT.

But for your results, Crysis on med/high, with 30-40 frames sounds good.
