I am locked out of my motorola citrus. Do not know gmail account or password.?

I got a new phone and i cannot recall the password to my old citrus. I do not know the gmail account and password set with the phone, and i have exceeded the amount of password attempts. I can only get into the phone now by the gmail sign in, which i have no inkling of what it could be. Also, the phone cannot receive calls. I'm trying to get some old contacts. What can i do?
