i am makin fish with some home made whine.?

what kind of fish should i use? in the oven! i did it once with a Perot fish the one with rainbow colors

Use white wine with fish

I would use tuna steaks. Broiled with a slice of onion, slice butter and lemon juice wrapped in foil. Fantastic.
