I am making a mobile travel charger in which there is the PNP transistor SK100?

SK100 is probably a 2SK100. All I will say is that JEDEC numbering says it is a FET transistor.

I am not able to get it in the market because it is not available there so can someone tell me that which transistor in the alternative should i use. thanks very much
