I am rant poem... HELP PLEASE!! (10PTS!!)?

So i need to write a poem, but i suck at writing poems..
can sme1 help me out pretty please!!!
here's the instructions:
so basically i need 10 words or phrases that best describe me & need to be used in the poem.
i'll give u guys an example: the words i will bracket it []
