I blocked internet access to something on Firefox and i need to undo it?

Hey, so the first time i tried to log in to Yahoo messenger, Mozilla asked me if i wanted to grant permission for yahoo to use the internet.

I said no.

And now I cant log in.

How do I reverse my action?
ahhh i dont wanna go through all that. Any other way?
