I blocked my data usage but I can somehow connect to the internet with my smartphone?
I am planning to use a wifi-card for my smartphone.
I have a motorola q9c and I actually have successfully activated it without a data plan, and I even got them to block my data usage at ALL. And he confirmed it. But somehow I can still connect to the internet even without my wifi card, so I am wondering what this is about?
