I am not able to get songs to copy to my sansa e280 mp3 player. There are currently songs on it and if i try to delete them it says there are no songs on the device in WMP11, despite the fact that there are songs on the device. Then if I try and use WMP11 to copy songs on to the device it appears to work, says the songs synch to the device then it says it writes to the device and to disconnect with no errors. when i disconnect the device it reboots and when i check the device no songs were written to it. I am not sure where to go next. any ideas would help. I also tried to add songs manually through the sansa folders, but i was not able to find any music folders on the device. - thank you
