i cant connect to black ops PS3?

Server is not available this time it says, i keep on trying to connect but its IMPOSSIBLE
i cant connect to it,what should i DO?

i have PS3

its possibly your internet so how about restart the modem... restart your PS3 oooorr.. i read a few days ago sony got hacked again but that was about money, maybe its gotten worse since then, sorry mate thats the best i got
