I can't download updates from the windows update site. It doesn't load...

...when I click express or custom.? The same thing happens when I go on the ticketmaster web site. I search for an event and it says loading but nothing ever pops ups
 
it might possibly be a virus preventing access to some web sites such as Microsoft update page so you cant get your latest updates to get rid of the virus. also cheack to see if your dns hasn't being changed to another that you don't know.
