i weigh like 205 now i wanna lose wieght and get cut for mma and get stronger and be explosive at the same time i need to kno how many reps i need to do if i need to split explosive workout from the getting cut workouts maybe switch every week for cut workout and explosive workout i want to kno how many reps sets and what muscles to put together and what workout are good for being cut and being explosive....i still cant find a good routine for mma someone help me out
