i dropped my motorola hint in water wat should i do?

i dropped it in the sink with water and everything works except for the screen.(its jus black) i can call and recieve calls and talk on it perfectly. i live in skokie where can i get it fixed? or can i fix it myself
and then?watttt??
the battery is fine. i had my phone for 2 weeks it works fine. i jus think the screen is broken

the best way is to open the back of your phone and take out the battery. there is going to be a tiny bocks with some color. if it is pink or any other color than white, you should take a hair dryer and dry the battery and the back of your phone. if that does not work you don't have to buy a new phone, just the battery. it is no more than $40.

My phone got wet in the rain badly. i am not able to start it?can it be repaired?
