I'm not starving myself during the day, I'm eating lots of vegetables and fruit and healthy things. So it's not because I'm "hungry" or depriving myself of food.
I drink plenty of fluids - lots of water, green tea, and herbal teas. So I'm not acting out of dehydration.
What causes me to lose all willpower to eat healthy as soon as I'm at home? I don't keep junk food in the house because of it. But I will still go nuts on whatever I can find: bread (toast) rice, cheese, granola bars... What can I do about this? I am tired of spending each day eating well and then coming home and overeating. I need to somehow change this habit.
