I forgot my Motoblur account password how do i reset it.?

My phone got locked with he number code and it went straight to asking me for my Motoblur account email and password but i forgot it and now i cant use my phone because it is locked. can you help me find out how to reset it or something.?
i have the Motorola Backflip. help !
