I got a CB360 how long until i can graduate to a sport bike, and what size?

I got my license through MSF and been riding a 1974 honda for like two months, So when should i try riding a sport bike. I really like gsxr 750 or older R!'s but would that be too much of a jump?
 
That is up to you and your riding abilities. When you have mastered all you can on the CB360 then move up. The real issue is that on the 360 you are paying next to nothing for insurance. What 60/year for basic liability. Wait till you move up to a gsxr! Better have lots of money in the bank for the insurance payments, unless you buy with no financing an older one. Even then the insurance will floor you on a GSXR!
 
I started with a 1982 Kawasaki KZ650 and moved up to a Honda Shadow 1100 with no problems. I don't know how well you know how to ride but once you get the hang of riding a bike you shouldn't have much trouble transitioning besides learning the weight of a bigger bike.
