You need an internet accessible phone.

BUT, before you go online all day, that is NOT what the message says.

IT says that you can get mobile internet and for normal use this would be less than £1 a day. There is a limit of how much you can use and that is in the terms & Conditions. If you go on their website, you can see how much usage you can have and some idea of what constitutes that usage.
