I have a 1984 honda magna v30 starts and runs fine, but bogs after 1/4

throttle. what do I do? 1984 honda magna v30 starts and runs at idle smooth,but when throttle is used past 1/4 throttle, it bogs and stalls. I have tried pretty much everything, any magic cures?
