Spray it with oil in the center,let it soak 10 minutes,then beat ever so lightly,just enough to make vibiration..it should come off,if the shoes are not holding it in the back,if the shoes are holding it you may have to release the shoes.
you will need to adjust the brake shoes all the way in to loosen them then take a hammer and hit the brake drum it should break loose if not take some PB blaster and spray it around the lug studs then let it sit and hit with the hammer again. That should bring them off.
