there is a cable that my step dad says is the throttle cable that is broke. but when i call autozone or somewhere like that they say there is no throttle cable that there is an accelerator cable. but let me explain what the car does......when sitting somewhere it will not idle it dies and even sometimes while driving down the road it cuts in and out and sometimes even dies on me. and i have been told its because the engine is not getting fuel. i just put a brand new filter and pump on it so i know thats not it i just need to know what is wrong with it and what that cable may be called. please if anyone can help this is my only means of transportation and i have three small children and one on the way can any one help
