i have a choice of samsung d840 or the u600 which one should i get?

use to have a samsung d600 i lost it my fault replaced with e900 do not get on with this phone find it very jumpy because of the touchtone ect.
the u600 has the better camera and video does not seem to have internet

i couldn't get on with the u600 its to sensitive for me i've got the d840 and it's great good luck in your choice
