why its alright to some for women to be able to wear open toe shoes when its hella hot but men cant,I dont know

I couldn't imagine wearing some sneakers and sock in the hot weather

I hate it when guys wear flip flops or sandals. Unless they're a hippie. Hippies look hot wearing that stuff, especially those rope sandals. MMmm. Or leather sandals. But if they're like jock preppy type, then no it looks nasty. Because flips flops and stuff don't match that type of clothing, if your feet are going to be grungy, then make the rest of you grungy too. otherwise jocks should just wear close toed shoes. And your feet may not be grungy, but to me all mens feet are, their toenails are just gross, they have hair on their toes...even if you did everything you could to make them presentable, the shape of them still looks gross, like caveman feet...ew. I don't wanna see that unless you make a really hot hippie. with like nasty bed hair and dirt under the toenails. :) But not too long...I hate long toenails, on ANYONE. bleck.

Are my big no-no. They make you seem older, and as safe as it is, not the best way to go if you want to look casual.

Or just regular Old Navy flats are fine, because they give a great summer feeling. They make you seem fresh and young.

Last tip. BIGGEST NO-NO?
WEARING SOCKS WITH SANDALS.
I don't care how old you are, do not, please, ever, wear socks with sandals. Just wear shoes if your feet are that cold.

If they have hairy feet or nasty toenails, its bad. And I also think its inappropriate if you are not near the beach, or at a pool or a similarly casual setting. Like, I hate seeing it at nice restaurants or in a bar.

This kind of depends on a persons opinion but i would say that if your going to the beach or some where to go swimming or just goin outside to take the garbage out then yeah its perfectly fine. ButI dont think men should wear flip-flops like in a public place like the mall or the movies and stuff. To tell you the truth theres some guys that can pull it off and others that can. I mean, Im used to guys having really gross feet that not alot of people want to see but if thats how you feel then go right a head i mean who really cares what other people think!

Well, It depends on what they look like. If there plain black, beige or bown and your wearing them with shorts they should look okay. I would recomend wearing them with Cargo Shorts, or also known as Combat shorts, and a army green, and a brown or dark beige. But yes it's all good, you can wear them, but I wouldn't recomend wearing them with Trouses and definatly not jeans!
