i download bar code? the bar code app said i needed full internet access but i still download. it worked fine but i was wondering is it fine to download it or i have to pay cause it saided full internet needed. Ps. i onnly have wifi. i will rate u so much if u help me TY!

You don't have full internet access because you are out of wifi range. do u have a wifi laptop nearby, if yes, do like this
1. Search and download a software named Virtual Access Point.
2. Run it on your laptop to turn your laptop into a wifi access point.
3. Turn on your phone wifi switch, find the signal named Virtual Access Point to connect.

wi-fi is full internet access, the only time you'd pay is if you tried the barcode when you are out of wi-fi range.
