How do I configure for Windows XP? I used this arrangement successfully with Ubuntu OS. I have since switched to Windows XP and can't get an IP address when going totally wireless. The adapter led is blinking and the Hotspot is working, but I can't get an IP address unless I physically connect the Hotspot to the computer, thereby shutting off its wifi capabilities for anyone else in the house using the internet. How do I resolve this so that I can operate my PC, Ipod and laptop simultaneously, using the wifi capabilities of the Hotspot.

On your PC, right click on My Network Places and pick Properties. Right click on your Local Area Network Connection (or whatever the name is for your hard wire connection) and select Disable.
Restart your PC and connect to the wireless network.

Additionally - if your wireless adapter installed some gay software to connect to wifi find the little option in it that allows Windows to configure and manage or connect to wireless networks. Set that option and use the Windows Zero Config to connect and you'll be golden.

it seems that you Windows XP doesn't have wireless drives for you'r computer go to manufacturer of you PC and download wireless driver. add model and make to your post and I'll link you to a corresponding website
