I know someone whose truck registration expired in 2010 and he hasn't gotten new registration for it. Well, you know the blue stickers they put on the license plates to make sure your registered? He colored it red to make it look like this years sticker!!!!!!!!! My question is, how much trouble can he get in for this? Isn't it a felony? How much jail time can he get? Thank you.
