hmm im sorry but i cant really answer this but ill try my hadrest i want to know who you got it from? and what exactly mean it started to say its not toshiba? if you got it from your friend it got be an illeagal version of toshiba witch means its not technically toshiba its just a pirated version...please includ more info and put your email adress so i can help
