I have an 07 GMC CANYON 5 speed and every time i shift to 5 it loses power and

starts to shake..? i shift to fifth at 55 mph
i took it to the dealer but they didnt do squat cause the warranty was almost over..so what could it be?

You are still under warranty so they have to fix it, I have an 05 gm product with a 5 speed auto and i only use 5th over 60 or hiway speeds under that when i use fith it shutters in an out of over drive causing the vehicle to shake, I also have a dodge that does this.If your dealer wont fix it take it to another it is under warranty.
