Game boy advance. how to fix? This is a old pokemon gold game for the gameboy color. and it has worked well for a while and now when i play it on my gameboy advance, it does not save. it will let me save but i cant actually save the game because when i turn the gameboy on again, the previous save is no longer there. how do i fix this?

i had the sasme problem but i think that the game has a flaw. i dont know i just quit on that game.

Gold? The battery died. You need to replace it. You will need to open the cartridge and should get a CR2025 or CR2032 battery, electrical tape, needlenose pliers, and a hooby knife.
