I have heard many get good results after a "manipulation under anesthesia" (MUA). But only an orthopedic surgeon should do this, not a chiropractor or other doctor. They put your body through its full range of motion (back, legs) which may hurt you if you were awake, but produces good results afterward. Maybe research this and see if it's something that will help you. GL.
