gained while quitting smoking.? I have never really had a weight issue, but since quitting have gained 15 lbs. The whole eating healthy confuses me and I find myself not eating at all to avoid eating the wrong things, which I know isn't healthy. I want this to be a life style change as well as getting back to a healthy weight. Could someone please tell me if what I am doing is ok? I spend 25 mins. on a elliptical in the mornings, grab a banana's for breakfast. Usually eat a sweet potatoe for lunch and a salad for dinner. I have cut out soda all together and am drinking as much water as I can. I snack on apples and peanut butter if I snack at all.... I guess I would like to know I am doing things right. Like I said not only to loose this weight but to be healthy again.
