I can ration the minutes, before my son used up all the minutes,I want to do it on my lap topbut the application doesnt load and i dont know why, it works on my desk top,t mobile told me to down load a flash player but it didnt work, then they said to access the tools bar and delete my caches and browsing history and that didnt work either,I get the family allowances page but it never finishs loading. does any one know what to do?
