You haven't offered enough information here. If the trouble breathing is painful breathing go to the ER immediately could be pneumonia. Otherwise, no food all liquid diet for 48 hours and all fluids at room temp. Take Tylenol every four hours and Ibuprofen every 6 for aches. If no better in 48 hours see doctor.
