Please give me a answer this or other EASY prosses for convertions

The easiest way is to download and install nlite. Follow the instructions. It goes like this. Insert your install cd and copy all the files to a folder. Open nlite & it should find it for you. At this point it will give you the chance to make all kind of customizations. In the end, choose to create an ISO image. Burn this image to whatever disc you like.

Why would you want to convert a bootable cd to dvd? Unless you're adding drivers and such by slipstreaming, it's a waste of a disk.

But to answer your question. Technically if you make an ISO image of the cd you can burn it onto any medium you want (dvd, blue-ray if you want to). Personally I use ImgBurn. It's easy to use by anyone. Install the program. A menu pops up when you open it asking what you would like to do. Choose create image file from disk. Make sure your windows cd is in the drive, choose where you would like to save the image and create. When that's done, just choose to write image file to disk, insert empty dvd and done. I've created many bootable cds and dvds like this.
